Tour Itinerary

One day Kayak Tour:

We will depart Victoria Stroll, from the municipal incline. After our security chat, we’ll get into the water to begin our adventure at the Delta of Paraná.
Starting at Luján River, a few meters away from our incline; we will enter the Fulminante Stream, where already we begin to see the characteristics of the formation of the delta and the typical activity in its surroundings.
After a few minutes rowing, we cross the Sarmiento River in order to enter the Rompani Channel and soon to the Abra Vieja Stream. In this area we will see many stilt- houses among the great beautiful trees and if we row silently, we will surely have the opportunity to take pictures of some of the 250 species of birds that are part of this ecosystem. At the end of this section we will stop at a typical island restaurant, where we will have lunch next to the river. From this point we will continue rowing in the afternoon.
The second part of the tour is more adventurous. We will return by Sarmiento River, the most visited river of the area. The amount of its traffic causes great water movement, which will add more challenge to our trip. We will be passing the Domingo Faustino Sarmiento House Museum and soon we’ll be making our second stop at a beach, where we are having our afternoon snack, and rest. If it is warm enough we will be able to swim in the river. Later we will return to our starting point.
